0600: Arrive LaoCai, car pick up to Sapa. Have breakfast, free to enjoy the fresh air of Sa Pa. 1000: Make a trekking tour down the Muong Hoa valley. Stop for a picnic lunch, then continue to TaVan village of the Dzay minority people for overnight. Trekking distance: 12 km / 4 - 5hours

| Day 3: Tavan - Giang Ta Chai - Ban Ho (B, L, D) | |

Have breakfast, continue trekking tour to local paths, up and down rice terraces visit villages and homesof the local hill tribes such as the Dzays, the Dzaos, the Hmongs, the Tays. Picnic lunch, then depart to Ban Ho. Overnight at Tay hill tribe family. Trekkingdistance: 13 km / 4 - 5hours

Back to Sa Pa by jeep. Free afternoon to explore Sa Pa town or shopping in the market. 20.15: transferred to Laocai for our train trip to Hanoi. Trekkingdistance: 7 km / 2 hours
