At 9am we go by pedicab from Hoian Garden Restaurant to the colourful Hoi An market and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy place.
You will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson.
We board the boat for a leisurely cruise (20 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Hoi An Garden Restaurant. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.
On arrival, after we freshen up we start our cooking lesson. The lesson runs for about 1 hours. The Hoi An Garden restaurant head-chef, first demonstrates the correct preparation of each dish before you prepare, under his guidance, the same dishes yourselves.
During Cooking Class Included:
